We had done a lot of research into buyers agents and didn’t want to take a chance at us negotiating, with so much money at stake. We found that Jacque from House Search had very good testimonials and came recommended by other home buyers. She was wonderful in guiding us through the initial procedures and we decided to go with her company, as I felt she would best understand our requirements and be able to find us a wonderful home.  She surely exceeded all our expectations.

We were very particular about the north shore area for our budget, however realised that a house with a backyard (for our two kids) was totally out of our reach.  There were also other important criteria (eg: gas cooking) that really reduced our options… despite this Jacque was able to work within these difficult constraints and within a matter of 5-6 weeks managed to zero in on a terrific ground floor unit with front and back grassed courtyards!  The added advantage was being so close to Chatswood, as well as a 5 minute walk to the train station.  Moreover the property was in very good condition, being owner-occupied. The asking price was on the higher side, however Jacque managed to bring the price down (lower than the bank’s valuation) and within our budget, after significant negotiations with the agent. She also conducted a very thorough pre-settlement inspection and ensured we were happily settled, even after we had moved in. We have since received many compliments about our home and it’s floorplan from various guests.  We are really happy that we went with Jacque as she made our home dreams come true.  Thankyou!
