We had the pleasure of using House Search in 2009 for an investment property and had no hesitation in contacting them again when looking to purchase a property for our SMSF. Jacque introduced us to Simone Luxford, who had the daunting task of finding us a suitable property on our limited budget in the “red hot” Sydney property market.

Simone proved from the outset to be a true professional and an incredible asset in our search. She was passionate and her research on all shortlisted properties was extremely thorough… Despite the frenzy and missing out on several properties at auction (Simone refused to bid above what House Search considered ‘fair value’) Simone remained positive at all times and maintained we would definitely find the right property, “We just have to be patient”. She proved to be on the money throughout the entire search process.  We secured a wonderful property in Wollstonecraft which met all our criteria, and for a very fair price.  Further, Simone interviewed and recommended a property manager on our behalf and undertook the pre-settlement inspection.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the services supplied again by both Jacque and Simone at House Search- we will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective property buyers.
