We cannot express our gratitude enough for finding us this terrific investment unit on one of our favourite Sydney beach spots! With a very challenging budget in the current Sydney market, you managed not only to find this little gem (that wasn’t even advertised to the public) but negotiate a price that we believe represents extremely good value for money. Paul and I were absolutely thrilled with the result and there is no way we could have found this without you and House Search by our side. To think that it only took 5 short weeks, when we had been looking previously for almost 9 months is testament to your hard work, local knowledge, contacts and ability to get the job done!

The follow up service has also been outstanding- interviewing prospective property managers, gaining access prior to settlement for our quotes, liaising with the agent, lender, inspectors and conducting the final pre-settlement inspection to ensure all was well (and that the owner had emptied that very full garage!). We cannot wait to tell everyone what a fabulous experience it has been working with House Search and we look forward to doing it all over again for our next purchase.  Thanks ladies!
