Simone Luxford was our buyer’s agent, and she was awesome.  Words I would use to describe her are: motivated, determined, relentless and thorough.  She was very personable and got to know us and what we were after, so week after week she found properties that were exactly what we were after. Whenever we were interested in a property she would conduct buckets of research and provide meticulously researched Comparative Market Analysis reports for each, so we could assess value as objectively as possible.  She was constantly available, ever reliable, never got frustrated with us, and humoured us when we started to entertain alternate ideas.  She navigated us effortlessly through a turbulent property market and our changing requirements.  In the end, she located a top quality property that had been passed in at auction, built a good rapport with the selling agent and was able to close out a good deal for us. We are very happy with the service from Simone, Jacque and House Search and we would totally use them again if we ever needed to buy another property.
