We engaged Jacque Parker and the team at House Search to help my wife and I purchase our new home in Sydney’s lower north shore. From the first meeting to the final day of arrival at the new house the experience was excellent and ended with an outstanding result.

Jacque quickly worked out what we were looking for- even if we ourselves weren’t too sure at times! Her research was thorough and she presented us with numerous options, but only after careful consideration.

But Jacque’s expertise and experience really started shining through when we spotted a house that looked as if it was likely to be sold at a price outside our budget.  Due to the state of the market in this suburb and price range, Jacque decided it was worth investigating further.  She kept a very close eye on the property and, with a week to go to auction, she advised that we should at least attend and bid- to our limit.

Her instincts and research proved to be spot on.  Her tactics at auction were excellent and we secured the property at a price that was considerably below the agent’s expectations.  Thanks to Jacque we saved a considerable amount of money, but more importantly if we haven’t approached her for her services in the first place, we might not have attended the auction at all!  Thankyou again.
