Both Bevan and I are so very pleased that we decided to use Search Australia again.  We really appreciated both your and Cathy’s honest feedback about what our budget would afford us and additional suburbs that we hadn’t yet considered.

Cathy was an excellent buyer’s agent for us, grounded and diplomatic, and clearly had a good knowledge of the area and relationship with the agents with whom we were interacting.  Unlike our first buying experience where we were very clear on what sort of investment property we were looking for, we needed an agent who could be flexible and patient as we worked out our priorities and points of compromise for a family home.

When it came to the actual purchase, Cathy invested way beyond expectation in terms of ensuring the best possible outcome for us.  We honestly don’t know how people do it without an agent!  We are so pleased with the property and can’t wait to see it transformed through renovations.
